This year, we are thrilled to present SENTIS and PMseq early access programs.
SENTIS™ Cancer+ Discovery Panel offers one of the market’s most comprehensive and accurate NGS-based testing solution for identifying actionable mutations in cancer. It covers 688 cancer-related genes and interrogates the most common types of alterations, including SNVs, indels, CNVs, and fusions in solid tumors.
SENTISTM Hereditary Cancer Panel focuses on genes associated with a predisposition to cancer. By analyzing germline mutations in 79 genes associated with 24 types of hereditary cancer, including breast, ovarian, colorectal, prostate, and stomach cancer, the panel helps identify cancer-causing mutations, guiding treatment decisions and further testing for at-risk individuals.
PMseqTM is a powerful high-throughput sequencing technology that detects and identifies suspected pathogenic microorganisms in infected specimens. It provides comprehensive reports for rapid and accurate detection of difficult- and critical-to-detect infections, and promotes the rational use of antibiotics under Antibiotic Stewardship Programs (ASP) with insights of antimicrobial resistance and susceptibility (AMR).
